The Pop Up Book
Come learn basic pop-up forms that can add dimension, whimsy and an element of surprise to your handmade cards and books during this two-day workshop. Day one will focus on one-piece techniques. Using simple slits and folds, pop-ups can be created from one piece of paper. On day two we will explore multiple piece forms. You’ll begin to see how even the most elaborate pop-ups are constructed using these basics. By the conclusion of this workshop you can be on your way to becoming a pop-up paper engineer.
