Mail Art
Inspired by Griffin & Sabine, Nick Bantock’s amazing tale of correspondence, you will learn transfer techniques that can be applied to any multimedia paper art. Techniques will include photocopy transfers, embossing, hand coloring, creative envelope making and photogram postcards. Use the techniques learned to create a one-of-a-kind fine art stationary set so great that you may want to send these letters and cards to yourself. Supplies will be provided but students are welcome to bring personal photos and/or bits of ephemera to include.
