First Annual
Valentine's Day Card Challenge and Exhibit
Calling all artists...
Submit your most outrageous, creative, romantic valentine's day card for our upcoming exhibit.
Many mediums accepted and we mean every artist out there: painting, photography, letter press, wood, glass, clay etc. anything that can be presented on a card and mailed with a 44 cent stamp.
Card size must be 5 1/2" x 4 3/16" or 6 3/16" x 4 5/8" or 6 7/8" x 5 inches (A2, A6 or A7 envelope sizes).
Entry fee: $5 for each entry. Limit of 5 entries per artist.
All proceeds benefit the Genesee Center for the Arts & Education.
Four $100 cash awards in the following categories:
-Best overall design / concept
-Best letterpress card
-Best use of handmade paper
-Best use of Alternative Media
